I have loved this classic since the first time I heard it many years ago. Tammy Wynette had such a unique voice, you may not know the song, but once you heard that voice, you knew it was a Tammy Wynette song. Tammy is one of the true Queens Of Country Music. I have always looked at this song as a woman who will stand by her man in good times and bad times due that they both love and support each other, and put their relationship and love for each other first among all others. I think more relationships would last longer if they “stood by each other” than taking the easy way out and leaving….just my opinion. But anyways, you can NEVER go wrong with Tammy Wynette, she is REAL country music. Great selection EGG!
