This is something a touch different, but stay with me. During Taylor Swift’s Speak Now tour, she sat down at her piano and played her hit Back to December, in which she tries to apologize to a lover she’s wronged.

So far, it’s entertaining, but nothing that would make the Ultimate Playlist.

But at about four and a half minutes in, something magical happens. Unlike in the original version, her lover responds with a scathing rebuke. She does this by weaving in pieces of Justin Timberlake’s song Apologize and her own hit You’re Not Sorry.

The result is pure perfection. If you were unfamiliar with these songs, you would never know that you were listening to three songs seemlessly braided into one.
