Join me on Thursday, May 4th at 6:00pm at the Penn Hills Library to hear about the life and films of Barbara Stanwyck, the greatest actress to never win an Oscar.
Registration is required. Click HERE to register online or you can call the library at 412-775-4700.
Hope to see you there!
Have fun!
This will probably be my last one for awhile – we have a bit of a summer hiatus as library attendance is usally down in the summer. Hopefully I’ll go out with a bang and regroup for the fall season 😉
How did it go?
Thanks for asking – I was quite pleased with it, and had a very enthusiastic audience, which is always fun. I’d given this same talk a few months back at a different library, and felt that I could improve upon a couple of spots. So I redid the lecture and it went over quite well.
Going on summer hiatus, with the goal of debuting new material in the fall (and maybe finally cracking how to film these things)
