‘Twas the night before the concert, when all through the house

Every creature was dreaming, and no one would pout

The friendship bracelets were strung by the chimney with care,

In hopes we’d find a least one parking spot bare;

Epic bracelets by Adrienne

The Swifties were nestled all snug in their beds,

While visions of karma cats danced in their heads;

And Blinker with her one eye, and I in my pink cowboy cap

Had just settled down for a Back to December nap.

So tired of hearing about Taylor Swift…

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,

I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.

Away to the window I flew like a flash,

Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the snow on the beach

And a lavender haze appeared to unleash

When, what to my wondering eyes should drop,

But Taylor Swift on her latest Eras Tour stop.

Folklore Era Outfit

With a sleigh full of albums, so lively and quick,

I knew in a moment it must be the set list.

More rapid than eagles her songs they came,

And she whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;

Face painting to commence…

“Now, LOVER! now, FEARLESS! now, MIDNIGHT and FOLKLORE!

On, SPEAK NOW! on REPUTATION! on, RED and EVERMORE!

To the top of the stadium! to the top of the wall!

Now sing away! sing away! sing away all!”

She was dressed all in pink, from her head to her boots,

And her clothes were all sparkly as she gave a salute;

She sprang to her sleigh, and would not reveal

Any secrets to her next show at Heinz Field.

But I heard her exclaim, ere she drove out of sight,

HAPPY SWIFT CONCERT TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD-NIGHT!
